Downloading or copying texts, illustrations, photographs or other data is subject to the prior written authorisation of the rights holder. Any attempt to hack or hijack the site will be recorded and will give rise to legal proceedings.
The name ‘Jura l’original’ and its logo are protected by intellectual property law. For any use of the logo, a written request for authorisation giving reasons and supporting evidence must be made in advance. The application must include a copy of the document containing the elements used. Any illegal or unauthorised use of the logo will be subject to legal proceedings.
The RCJU authorises other websites or media to put in place hypertext link to its content, with the exception of those disseminating content of a controversial, pornographic or xenophobic nature, or that runs contrary to decency or morality. However, the linked page must be respected in its entirety and must not be embedded in another site. Similarly, the link must clearly indicate the nature of the content and the exact address of the page. Any use of links to the website for commercial or advertising purposes is prohibited.

Although the RCJU has made every effort to ensure the reliability of the information contained on the website at the time of publication, it accepts no responsibility for the constancy, accuracy, currency, reliability or completeness of this information. The RCJU expressly reserves the right to amend part or all of the content of the website, to delete it or to temporarily suspend its publication, at any time and without prior notice. The RCJU cannot be held responsible for any material or immaterial damage that may be caused by access to the information published or by its use or non-use, by misuse of the connection or by technical problems.

The RCJU is the operator of the website and takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. By using the website, you agree to the collection, processing and use of data as described below.
The website can be visited without registration. Data, i.e. the pages viewed or the name of the file called up as well as the date and the time are stored on the server for statistical purposes without this data being directly linked to you.
Personal data, in particular name, physical address or email address, is collected on a voluntary basis (e.g. email or contact form). We process your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the legal provisions on data protection and this privacy policy. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.
In collaboration with its hosting provider, the RCJU does its utmost to protect databases against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or falsification. However, online data transmission can arise in security lapses. Flawless protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

The website uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google LLC, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics enables visitor flows to be analysed independently of the devices used by using a user ID.
Google Analytics uses cookies. They cannot be deactivated, otherwise the smooth operation of the site could not be guaranteed.

Social networks are linked unilaterally, and no data from the site is sent to the networks specific to the account.
